Seven small pixel games that read your taste from what you tap. No sign-up, no score to defend.
Aura Arcade is a small browser toy about noticing what you like. Nothing installs, no account is created, and no answer ever leaves the tab — the seven rooms inside simply put pictures in front of you and watch which ones you reach for. Everything is drawn in blocky pixels over a violet and aqua palette, so it has the feel of an old handheld that somebody filled with mood photography instead of platform levels. The layout behaves the same way in one hand on a phone as it does across a wide monitor.
Written quizzes ask you to describe yourself, and most people quietly answer as the version of themselves they would prefer to be. Five taps skips the words. It spreads a wall of pixel scenes across the screen and asks only for the five that catch your eye first. Each scene belongs to one of six aesthetics, and whichever one you reached for most is what comes back. Reacting beats reporting: you tend to land on the taste you actually hold rather than the one you would have written down.
The other rooms approach the same six aesthetics from different directions. Vibe wheel takes the decision out of your hands on a day when nothing appeals. Name the vibe puts up a four-tile board and asks you to call it, keeping a streak that lives in your own browser and nowhere else. Tile match is a straightforward memory game built from the same artwork, mood board hands you draggable motifs and a save button, and daily card deals a short line of text across a pixel backdrop. Nothing runs on a clock, and shutting the tab mid-round costs you only that round.
Answer quickly, and do not try to be fair to every option. A lopsided set of picks tells you far more than a carefully balanced one, so let the first instinct win each time. If two aesthetics keep finishing level, treat that as the finding rather than a fault: plenty of people live between a pair of them, and the mood board is the quickest way to see whether the blend actually holds together. Come back next week and you may well choose differently, which is exactly how taste behaves. Aura Arcade only puts a name on the afternoon.
The one thing carried between visits is your best streak in name the vibe, written to your own browser storage and wiped the moment you clear site data. There is no account, no profile built in the background and no way to export what you picked. The banners on this page are ordinary display units drawn inside isolated frames, so a slow third-party server can never stall a game.
